Hi! I’m Dr. Brittany Bate! As a queer-identified licensed psychologist, I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and folks in relationships. I specialize in helping you navigate complex dynamics—with partners, family, coworkers, or friends. I offer neuroaffirming, trauma-informed care grounded in authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I especially enjoy working with ADHDers, survivors of sexual trauma, and those moving through traumatic or complicated grief. I also offer individual and relationship therapy intensives - great for when life feels particularly hard and you need more than just an hour a week. As a PSYPACT provider, I can see clients in 42 states, which is ideal for long-distance partners or cross-state families. I show up with warmth, humor, and often a cat in the background.
