Joe has worked with LGBTQ+ individuals for over a decade and been a part of CTH and working with trans and non-binary clients more specifically for about 3 years. He identifies as a gay cis person. He enjoys using mindfulness based and experiential therapy strategies and frequently works with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, navigating general life stressors, and facing substance use disorders.
