Sarah Carley works with primarily teens and young adults, specializing in treating depression, anxiety, stress, autism spectrum disorders, and life transitions. Sarah is also a registered yoga teacher and stresses a holistic view of the person and the link between physical and mental health. She also has specialized training in educational & psychological assessments. Since 2016, Sarah has been providing affirming therapy for gender diverse individuals.
