O’Neale is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of experience in social work ranging from case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, individual & group work, and non-profit leadership. His passion for supporting others in their mental health journey grew over his 10 years of work with LGBTQ+ youth and young adults through his roles at Time Out Youth. O’Neale enjoys working with adults and older adolescent youth as they navigate life transitions and issues related to depression, anxiety, self-concept, and relationships. He provides education & consultation to professionals who want to better serve LGBTQ+ people.
