Jen has worked with complex trauma since 2005.  In following her client’s lead, Jen found herself at CTH and has held leadership roles since 2016, including assisting with incorporation as a non-profit. Jen primarily works with gender diverse people, including those within the plural community. She integrates a trauma informed neuro-counseling approach with psychodynamic parts work and energy psychology. Jen embodies cisgender and straight-passing identities, though her pansexuality deepens her work with invisible/nuanced identity experiences. Parenthood deepens her work with parents and youth navigating disruptions in connection.
