Jennifer provides counseling for adults who are dealing with concerns including anxiety and depression, self-esteem and identity issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship stress. By concentrating on the uniqueness of each person and using a humanistic approach that is solution-focused and strength-based, Jennifer focuses on helping clients achieve increased well-being. Jennifer’s clinical experience includes providing individual and group counseling in an inpatient behavioral health setting, working as a substance abuse counselor at an outpatient addictive disease center, and providing crisis counseling.
