Elizabeth Ponds is an agender, queer, and autistic human who received their Master of Social Work from Winthrop University. Elizabeth works with teens and adults, taking a trauma-informed, eclectic approach to meet individualized needs. Elizabeth especially utilizes solutions-focused therapy and believes that therapy should be a co-creative process where a client can feel empowered to address their own struggles. Elizabeth specializes in religious trauma, other complex traumas, the autistic neurotype, and the queer/gender-diverse experience.
