I believe in creating a safe space for clients to examine, explore and connect to their whole, most authentic version of self. I practice intersectional therapy to acknowledge that a person is comprised of their various identities and their experiences living within systems. I aspire to assist people to connect to their inner wisdom because I believe each person has the unique ability to heal themselves. I utilize a mindful approach that recognizes the mind, body and soul.
