Dr Simmons (he/him) is a Family Physician who earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency training in 2012 and is a board certified Family Physician. He has served the community through his work with PFLAG Charlotte, RAIN, and Charlotte Trans Health (CTH). He has been a CTH member since 2016. He has provides primary care services to transgender and non-binary patients which includes HRT. He follows recommendations through WPATH and Endocrine Society via Informed Consent. He provides affirming care to all ages.
