Helping clients heal from trauma, discern their values, and cultivate community are central to Alice’s approach. Anti-oppression frameworks & trauma-informed care guide their practice; their work is based in Relational-Cultural Theory & informed by somatic, narrative, and dialectical therapies. Alice focuses on serving queer, trans, & gender-nonconforming adults. They often work with survivors of violence & those with complex trauma, especially people with atypical neurotypes. In their experience, most clients are best served by a flexible process that considers individual personality, strengths, & goals.
